Spider Learning, Inc. was founded in 2014. Based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the founders have more than two decades of combined classroom instruction experience, as well as more than two decades of additional experience developing comprehensive curricula based on proven pedagogical practices and research based instructional design. The founders’ work ethic, ties to community, and dedication to improving the learning experience for students, paired with the talent and experience of the company’s employees, make Spider Learning, Inc. the logical partner to address the instructional, curricular, and professional development needs of its clients.

He brings 25 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, and innovator to his position and thrives on helping districts implement instructional models that drive academic achievement. His extensive background in curriculum and instructional design, combined with his experience in implementing design thinking approaches to change management, provide for a unique and successful strategy to meeting the diverse needs of all students

He has extensive experience in curriculum design and instructional technology. DONNA ROZYCKI
Donna Rozycki is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Spider Learning, Inc. Receiving her degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, her career has spanned all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment and hiring, benefits and 401K administration, and HRIS reporting and data analysis. Our unofficial Happiness Officer, Donna enjoys building the Spider Learning team, and facilitates team bonding experiences that create a strong sense of family.
